El Chipotle was in the top two - not just for us but they won a well-deserved "People's Choice" reward. There was two "judging" - a panel and peoples choice. There were 12 different moles from various participants and it was fun to try all the different variations of mole sauce. We found out about El Chipotle because we went to a "mole tasting" held in Santa Cruz at the Mission. Top 10 Asian food in Soquel, California, United States I do not think we will be going here again anytime soon. The brand were dry and my Enchilada was drown in sauce. They could have told us when we asked, that the patio was booked! There would have been no hard feelings. Now the kicker !!! The young man lit the heaters which were right in front of our window! Both he and the hostess continued to pass by our target without a word. Soon another couple was allowed on the patio to have the remaining table. As our food was being delivered, a large group entered the patio. As we were waiting we noticed the young man and several others went out to the patio and began to move tables together for a large group. The hostess immediately said we are not serving out there because it is cool and windy and we do not want to light the heaters. He gave us a strange look as if he did not know what to say. So my daughter and I moved to another taBLE and when the young man came back with our water, my daughter asked if we could sit out on the patio. The table he chose was dark and had no view of the creek. The hostess made several trips by us without acknowledging us, so much that I wanted to leave. There were people in the bar area, but the restaurant did not seem all that busy. While out antiquing in Soquel,my daughter and I decided to stop by Little Tampico for lunch.
